My Daily Spiritual Upkeep Journal 

We live during a time when being distracted has become a way of life. Yet, we have neutered ourselves spiritually so that we often "do life" without consulting the Lord and without inviting Him into our days.

If we listen to the world, prayer doesn't change things. And if we do pray, it's often seen as a one-way communication, and most definitely not something you dedicate more than 5 minutes to doing.

The enemy has blinded us, leading us to a place where we lack His power simply because we're distracted and too busy. Yet the grandest adventure awaits the ones who say, "No more!" I will carve out quality time with the One so I can go to school, work, or holiday knowing that He is with me, that we have that intimate link with Him.

As a Christ follower for several decades now, I set in motion to create a journal I want, one that is practical and allows me to jot down what is important. I invite you to check out the pages above to see if you believe it could change your daily spiritual upkeep & devotions with the Lord.
